1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries by iDropped.nl, located in Maastricht. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Repairs
Repairs are performed based on the issue described by the customer. iDropped.nl strives to complete repairs as quickly as possible but does not guarantee exact delivery times. The customer is always informed of expected costs in advance.
3. Warranty
Every repair comes with a 6-month warranty for private customers and 12 months for business customers. The warranty is voided in case of water damage, drop or impact damage after the repair, or repair by third parties.
4. Prices and payment
All listed prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due upon collection of the device or upon delivery. We accept card, cash and most common payment methods.
5. Liability
iDropped.nl is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, data loss or loss of settings during a repair. We always recommend making a backup before the repair.
6. Collection and storage period
Repaired devices must be collected within 30 days. After this period, we charge storage fees of €2.50 per day. After 90 days, uncollected devices become the property of iDropped.nl.
7. Sales
The legal 14-day right of withdrawal applies to products purchased online. Products must be returned in their original condition. Refurbished devices come with a minimum 6-month warranty.
8. Complaints and disputes
Complaints can be submitted via our contact form. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 business days. Dutch law applies to these terms.
